Anna Vee Houskeeper Wilcox passed away peacefully in Salt Lake City, UT on Tuesday, March 23, 1999 at the age of 67.

Born September 29, 1931 in Orangeville, Emery County, Utah. Daughter of William Henry Houskeeper and Martha Burnett. Raised by Leamon Thompson and Weltha Burnett (Uncle and Aunt). Married Robert E. Wilcox, September 17, 1949.Lifelong member of the L.D.S. Church serving various responsibilities in organizations in Lovell, WY; Lusk, WY; Sidney, NE; Laramie, WY; Midland, TX; Gilbert, AZ; and Salt Lake City, UT. She was Relief Society President for four years in Midland, Texas. In recent years they served temple missions to London, England; Chicago, Illinois; and Mesa, Arizona. Anna Vee had a quick wit, the voice of an angel and was the world's best advocate of the English language. She enjoyed reading and knitting.

Anna Vee is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert Edwin Wilcox; children, Larry R. (Denice) Wilcox, Kearns, UT; Bryan L. (Jacquline) Wilcox, Olathe, KS; Robyn Lee (Ray) Parker, Covington, IN; Alan C.(Debra) Wilcox, Eldorado Hills, CA; Cory A. (Eva Marie) Wilcox, Richfield, UT; brothers, Ted Houskeeper, Ogden, UT; Kent Houskeeper, East Carbon, UT; Grant Houskeeper, SLC, UT; sisters, Carol Brown, Riverton, UT; Sara Fay, Riverton, UT; Iona Ekker, Green River, UT; Norma June Schmutz, Bountiful, UT; 20 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Preceded in death by brothers, Cliff, George Earl; sisters, Reba Chidister, Wilma (Weston) Siwick, FaunElla Jensen.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 27, 1999, at 12 noon, at the Eagle Gate Stake Center at 135 North A Street. Friends and family may call Friday, from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and one hour prior to the service at the ward. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
