Coleen Hyde Richens Pethtel passed away at her home in Coalville, Utah, March 23, 1999 at the age of 68.
She was born in Star Valley, Wyoming to parents Keith and Ireta Bigler Hyde. She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy E. Pethtel, son, David H. Cook, and sister, Berma Jenkins.She is survived by her children, Dennis H. (Debbie) Cook, Vicki L. (Lou) Pethtel, Lori A. (Kenny) Gage, Shelley M. (Dan) Balistreri and stepson, Chuck Pethtel and by grandchildren, Sherry and Kelly Cook, Brad, Britni and Jessica Pethtel, Carrie and Hollie Gage and her special little guy, great grandson, Austin Martinez.
Surviving also are her half brothers and sister, Clelon, Ray and Duane, and Lemoyne Hyde and Norma Polk.
She lived in Ogden for 23 years, Kearns for 20 years, and Coalville for the past year.
Private services will be held Friday, March 26, 1999 at the graveside. Interment will be in the Camp Williams Memorial Cemetery in Draper, Utah.
