DENVER (AP) -- Shakespeare rocks!

At least Democratic state Sen. Mike Feeley thinks so. He borrowed one of the Bard's best-known soliloquies to aid his argument against a bill regulating the hauling of rocks."To tarp or not to tarp, that is the question," Feeley announced Wednesday, doing his best "Hamlet" impersonation.

"Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the rocks and gravel of Kit Carson County, or to pass a bill against a sea of trash."

Freeley tried to elevate the debate over whether to require truck drivers hauling loads such as gravel to cover them -- in order to protect other vehicles from damage.
