Jill Alzheimer, left, and Pam Christenson perform for children at Redwood Elementary School, 2650 S. Redwood Road, in a presentation of "2 Smart 2 Smoke," by the Minnesota-based National Theatre for Children. The production was designed to teach kids about the dangers of smoking and introduce youngsters to words such as "nicotine," "consequence" and "addictive." About 460 Redwood students saw the anti-smoking performance Thursday as part of the group's national tour, which likely will reach more than 15,000 schoolchildren in grades K-6. Children in grades K-3 saw an adaptation of the "Three Little Pigs" story, while the older grades were treated to a science-fiction skit.
