AMERICAN FORK--Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at home of natural causes at the age of 92.

LaPriel was born September 25, 1906 in Myton, Utah to Victor and Margaret Barney. She married Rhondo J. Williams on October 14, 1934; they later divorced. She married Charles M. Webb on June 8, 1942; the marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He died in 1985.LaPriel was always self-sufficient, she went about her life in a quiet, patient and unassuming manner looking for only the good in everything and everyone. She attended Stevens Henager Business College, and was a young vibrant woman during Utah's early history. Even in her later years, she enjoyed keeping a journal and keeping up to date on current events.

LaPriel was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as a Sunday school teacher for 18 years, and served as a Visiting Teacher for over 50 years. Grandma was loved by all!

She is survived by two sons, Gary R. (Carolyn) Williams, of Salt Lake City; Victor C. Webb, of Lindon; Lisa Williams, of Salt Lake City; Eldean Huggard, of American Fork; Paul Barney, of American Fork; Luana Young of Pleasant Grove; she had five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, March 27 at 11 a.m. in the American Fork 4th Ward 455 East 300 North where friends may call from 10 - 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Burial in American Fork Cemetery. Funeral directors Anderson & Sons Mortuary, American Fork.
