CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte blew a 22-point lead before Elden Campbell powered a late run that helped the Hornets defeat Orlando 90-82 on Friday night for their seventh consecutive home victory.

Campbell had six points and a block as the Hornets closed the game with a 12-4 run, giving them their seventh victory in 11 games since Paul Silas took over as coach.Campbell finished with 24 points, six rebounds and five blocks. Charlotte, winning for the fifth time in six games, got double-figure scoring from five players, including 17 from Eddie Jones and 15 from Derrick Coleman.

KNICKS 94, SUNS 87: At Phoenix, Latrell Sprewell scored 10 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and Patrick Ewing reached an NBA milestone only 11 other players have achieved as New York topped Phoenix.

Allan Houston scored a season-high 29 points for the Knicks, but none in the fourth quarter, when the Suns rallied from nine points down to briefly take a one-point lead.

In the first quarter, Ewing became the 12th NBA player to score at least 20,000 points and grab 10,000 rebounds in his career.

PACERS 100, NETS 91: At East RuTherford, N.J., teen-ager Al Harrington returned to New Jersey and scored eight points to match his output for the season in helping Indiana defeat New Jersey.

Rik Smits had 20 points and Reggie Miller 16 to lead the Pacers, but Harrington and his buddies off the bench were the difference, outscoring the Nets reserves 45-11.

Not only did the Nets lose for the 22nd time in 27 games, they also lost Keith Van Horn to a second-half ankle injury. He was hurt early in the third quarter, returned later in the period but twisted the right ankle again with seven minutes remaining in the game and left.

Stephon Marbury led the Nets with 24 points and Van Horn added 22.

KINGS 111, LAKERS 109: At Inglewood, Calif., Chris Webber scored 29 points, including a tip-in with four-tenths of a second left, and Sacramento overcame a 19-point deficit.

Vlade Divac, who missed a long jumper that led to Webber's clinching basket, finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Kings. Corliss Williamson scored 11 of his 22 points during a pivotal rally in the third quarter, helping the Kings beat the Lakers in consecutive meetings for the first time since February 1994.

CELTICS 90, 76ERS 84: At Philadelphia, Antoine Walker scored 21 points and Greg Minor hit four free throws in the final 41 seconds as Boston took advantage of Allen Iverson's absence to end a five-game losing streak.

Iverson, the NBA's leading scorer, missed the game with a right leg injury, as did Eric Snow, the 76ers' other starting guard. Snow has a sore left hamstring.

HAWKS 93, BULLS 81: At Atlanta, Steve Smith scored 21 points, including a clinching 3-pointer with 1:17 remaining, and sluggish Atlanta defeated Chicago.

The Hawks, who trailed by 17 in the first half, put together a 17-0 run at the end of the second quarter and beginning of the third to get back in the game. Still, they allowed the Bulls to hang around until the final two minutes.

PISTONS 90, BUCKS 85: At Auburn Hills, Mich., Jerry Stackhouse scored a season-high 34 points to lead Detroit over Milwaukee.

The win avenged a 115-86 loss in Milwaukee on Monday. Detroit has won three of four, while the Bucks have just one win in their last four.

MAVERICKS 98, NUGGETS 79: At Dallas, Michael Finley scored 27 points, 10 in the third quarter, as Dallas eased to victory over Denver.

Erick Strickland came off the bench to add a season-high 17 points for Dallas, which had dropped five of its previous six. Hubert Davis and Gary Trent added 12 points each and Shawn Bradley had 10 for Dallas.

TIMBERWOLVES 100, HEAT 93: At Minneapolis, playing without their top two scorers for most of the game, Minnesota turned to a balanced scoring effort and held off Miami.

Kevin Garnett led Minnesota with 19 points despite playing only 30 minutes because of foul trouble. Joe Smith did not dress because of a rib injury.

The Wolves led by as many as 16 points in the first half but had to hold off a furious rally by the Heat.

Alonzo Mourning scored 28 points for Miami to lead all scorers. Miami has lost three of its last four.

RAPTORS 93, SPURS 91: At San Antonio, rookie Vince Carter made two baskets in the final 64 seconds and Dee Brown scored 23 points as Toronto beat San Antonio.

Carter's 20-footer gave the Raptors a 91-89 lead with 17.2 seconds remaining. The Spurs took time out to set up a baseline jumper by Mario Elie, who missed. Kevin Willis rebounded for Toronto, was fouled and hit a free throw with 8.8 seconds remaining.

When the Spurs got the ball back, Toronto fouled guard Avery Johnson with 5.7 seconds left. Johnson made both free throws, bringing the Spurs within 92-91.

Toronto inbounded and San Antonio fouled Doug Christie, who made one free throw with 4.4 seconds left. The Spurs rushed downcourt and couldn't get off a shot before the buzzer sounded.

SUPERSONICS 104, CLIPPERS 98: At Seattle, Dale Ellis' 3-point shot with 1:07 left helped Seattle, which outscored L.A. 7-0 over the last 2:28 to beat the Clippers for the ninth straight time at home.

Gary Payton had 26 points and 11 assists for the Sonics, while Detlef Schrempf had 25 and Ellis 20.

WARRIORS 100, WIZARDS 96: At Oakland, Calif., Terry Cummings and Chris Mills hit two free throws apiece in the final 15 seconds as Golden State Warriors rallied for the win.

Golden State's Donyell Marshall scored 27 points to lead all scorers, while Juwann Howard led the Wizards with 25. Mitch Richmond added 24 for Washington, and Otis Thorpe had 19.
