Phyllis Ann Pidcock Devenberg, 54, died March 26, 1999 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born February 3, 1945 in Kimberly, Idaho to Joseph Leo and Bertrude Stewart Pidcock. Married George R. Devenberg on October 14, 1966, marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Phyllis was an active member of the LDS church where she served faithfully in numerous callings. She loved the outdoors, boating, and working in her yard. Her greatest love was being with her family and grandchildren along with giving of service to others.She is survived by husband, Sandy; children: Kristin (Matt) Pennington, Atlanta, GA; Justin (Sarah) Devenberg and Erin Devenberg, both of Sandy; seven grandchildren: Cody, Tyler, Conor, Jordan, Jacob, Hannah and Jared; stepmother, Mozelle Pidcock; sisters, Sharon Kallen and Echo Naylor; brothers, Gerald and Patrick Pidcock. Preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 30th, 1999, 12 noon, Sandy Utah Midvalley Stake Center, 1106 E. 8055 So. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Mtn. View Memorial Estates. Funeral Directors, Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary.
