OGDEN -- A teenage boy and girl were seriously hurt after they were ejected from a vehicle that slammed into a mountainside Saturday.

The jeep they were in rolled on Powder Mountain road in Weber County after it veered to the left about 3:45 p.m., Utah Highway Patrol trooper Bruce Johnson said. Paramedics transported the teens by medical helicopter to McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden with head injuries.Authorities did not release the names of the victims Saturday. Neither were wearing seat belts.
