Doris Stephens Clark, age 80, our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away March 5, 1999.
Doris was born November 14, 1918 in Manchester, England. Married Wilfrid Clark October 3, 1939 in Manchester, England. Sealed in the London Temple, 1958. Served an LDS Mission with her husband to the London Temple 1984-1985. Was an ordinance worker in the London and Salt Lake Temples. Supervisor in the Salt Lake Temple laundry for 18 years.Survived by her loving and caring husband, Wilfrid; three children Jeanette Burns (Darrel), Seattle; Graham H. Clark (Stella), England; Andrew J. Clark (Holly), Salt Lake; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was loved by all that knew her and will be sorely missed. Thank you for 60 wonderful years of marriage.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 9, 1999 at 11 a.m. at the Eagle Gate 18th North Ward, 135 A Street. Friends may call Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple and Tuesday at the Church from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery.
