The Davis County Library will host St. Patrick's Day "read-a-thons" at its Layton and Bountiful branch libraries on Friday, March 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
The theme for the free events is "Catch a Leprechaun," and families are encouraged to bring pillows, blankets and wear green to best enjoy storytelling, a treasure hunt and treats.Preregistration is required, since space is limited.
The events will be held at the Central Branch, 155 N. Wasatch, Layton, and also the South Branch, 725 S. Main, Bountiful.
