The MTV Movie Awards (7 p.m., MTV): This is both one of the most meaningless awards shows and one of the most fun -- it's one big party and nothing is taken seriously. (We're talking categories like "Best Kiss," "Best Villain" and "Best Fight" -- and the biggest winner is the vulgar comedy "There's Something About Mary," which goes home with four awards.) Lisa Kudrow of "Friends" hosts, and -- as always -- the real highlights are the movie parodies. (Taped Saturday.)

Will & Grace (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Grace takes a job working for Will's biggest client -- and, despite his promises, Will just can't help but meddle. (Repeat)

ER (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Harvey Korman guest stars as an older patient who falls for Hathaway; Greene risks his life to save a teenager who's caught in the midst of a gun battle. (Repeat)
