I was going home from the dentist around 5:30 p.m., June 8, and I was trying to make a left-hand turn on 1300 East, and the cars were bumper to bumper as far north as I could see.
After a 15-minute wait a gentleman in a Jeep stopped and motioned for me to go. I thanked him with a hand wave.People surely aren't very courteous. I know this person was anxious to get home, but he had the decency to stop and let me make the turn.
I only hope he takes the Deseret News as I want him to know what a caring and thoughtful person he is. I might have been there for an hour or longer.
