Obituary: Gary Dennis Apadaca

Gary Dennis Apadaca completed his earthly mission on May 29, 1999.

Born September 22, 1982. Gary was sent to the world to touch the hearts and lives of all that he came in contact with. There wasn't a person or even an animal that he couldn't relate to, he just had the ability to make a person happy and smile.Gary was born to Marianne Durfee Apadaca Bawden in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he lived until May 1998 when he and his family moved to Moab, Utah. He attended Grand High School in Moab. Gary was employed at Wendy's and he loved the opportunity to associate with people of all walks of life. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Gary is survived by his mother, Marianne Durfee Apadaca Bawden, Moab, UT; special fathers, Bruce Bawden of Salt Lake City, UT; Cody Vernon of Salt Lake City, UT; Joseph Apadaca of Riverton, Wyoming; brothers, Randy, Neil, and Dallan of Moab; sister, Amber Vernon of Salt Lake City; grandparents, Reed and Lorria Jensen Durfee of Salt Lake City; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and two special cousins, Trisha Abernethy and Logan Durfee; and more friends than any person could ever imagine.

A viewing will be held at Moab Memorial Mortuary from 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 4th. There will also be a viewing Saturday morning at the Moab LDS Stake Center from 8:30-9:30 a.m., Saturday, June 5th. Services will follow at 10 a.m. at the LDS Stake Center. All arrangements made by Moab Memorial Mortuary, Don W. and Todd Z. Palmer, Directors.
