Mark Todd Carroll, 35, passed away June 20, 1999, at his home in Sandy.
Born October 15, 1963, in Ogden, Utah and graduated from Weber High School and worked for Ogden City and Peterson Motors. Even though he suffered from injuries sustained in an automobile accident, he always had time for others and was never heard to complain. He lovingly attended to his grandmother each day, administering to her needs. Mark kept his parent's home running smoothly, for there was nothing he couldn't fix. He loved to fish, camp, and eat. He also appreciated all kinds of music and took pride in his fish aquarium. All who knew him were beneficiaries of Mark's cheerful personality and helpful attitude. We are grateful for the privilege of having him a part of our lives for this short time. His presence will be sorely missed.Mark was preceded in death by his grandfather and pal, Frank Leslie Williams. He is survived by his parents, Lavin and Chuck Quinn, Sandy and Delmar Richins and Earl Carroll; his sister, Laurie D. Carroll; grandmother, Uvonna L. Williams.
