Starzz game at a glance

Game 6: Saturday night at the Delta CenterMinnesota 35 37 -- 72

Utah 34 28 -- 62

First half: After being brutalized all over the court in Minnesota in their first road game, the Starzz became the aggressors. They did the pushing. It resulted in Minnesota's Andrea Lloyd-Curry hitting the floor several times. Then she began flopping. Natalie Wiliams picked up three fouls, but the violence seemed therapeutic for Utah. The game was tied seven times, and the lead changed hands 13 times in the half. Minnesota made 8-of-19 3-point attempts; more than half its shots were threes.

Second half: Minnesota continued its 3-point barage, making six more in the second half. Utah pulled away to several 7-point leads early in the half with energetic defense getting the Starzz running, but Williams' fourth foul took her out of the game again, and the Lynx picked up steam. Just after she returned, a Sonja Tate three put the Lynx up 58-56, and they stayed right with that flow as the Starzz got hurrying too much.

Records: Lynx 4-2, Starzz 2-4
