ROY--Michael John Hanley, 22, passed away June 3, 1999 after a life-long battle with disabilities at the McKay-Dee Medical Center.
He was born June 15, 1976 in Twin Falls, Idaho, the son of Michael Duane Hanley and Karen Marie Rasmassen Birchell. Michael graduated from Bonneville High School and worked for three years as a Certified Nurse's Assistant in Ogden.He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Michael and Karen Marie Lundgreen of Roy; sisters, Jill (Dan) Collins of Luceville, Minnesota, Beth (Charles) Usery of Ferndale, Washington, Dara (Richard) Wallace of Aurora, Colorado, Teresa (Randy) Lundgreen of Fairport Harbor, Ohio, Brenda Lundgreen and Debra Stevenson of Roy; brothers, Michael (Julie) Lundgreen of Highland, California, Brent (JoAnn) Lundgreen of Cedar City, Brian (Angela) Lundgreen of Clearfield, and Darin Lundgreen of Layton; grandparents, Reed Birchell of Vernal and LaRue Allred of Ogden. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Duane and a sister, Margaret Jean Hanley.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 7, 1999 at 10 a.m. in the Myers Funeral Chapel at 5865 South 1900 West in Roy, Utah. Friends may pay their respects on Monday from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at the Mortuary. Interment will take place in Milford Cemetery at 5 p.m. under the direction of Olpin Mortuary.
