Transportation and rescue workers inspect a collapsed pedestrian bridge in Arbutus, Md., Tuesday. Robert Taylor, 54, died when the front of his sport utility vehicle was pinned under the rubble. Drivers who witnessed the accident tried to pry open the door of the vehicle, but he died at the scene. Five other people were injured, three critically.
