Paul H. Mitchell born May 29, 1926, died November 26, 2000.
Born in Lewiston, Illinois. Moved to Cheyenne with his family in 1936. His high school days were interrupted during World War II when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, May 1944, and was honorably dis-charged June 1946. Returning to Cheyenne he was employed by Union Pacific Railroad and they transferred him to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1955 where he
retired in 1986.
He was united in marriage with Edna Toson on June 13, 1957. No children were born to this union.
His father, Carl; mother, Hazel; and three sisters, Cleo, Eloise, and Charlotte preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Edna of Salt Lake, two brothers, Donald of Powell, WY; Frank of Cheyenne, WY and a sister Iris Anderson of Tehachpi, CA.
A viewing will be held on Saturday,
Dec. 2, 2000 from 1-2 p.m. at Memorial Estates (5850 So. 900 E.) Graveside services following the viewing at Elysian Burial Gardens,1075 East 4580 South. Funeral Directors: Memorial Mortuary.
