Location: The museum is in the town of Boulder, 28 miles northeast of Escalante on Scenic Highway 12 or 35 miles south of Torrey over the Boulder Mountains on Highway 24.

Features: There is a newly expanded museum and visitors center, which is open year-round except for Christmas and New Year's Day. There is also a self-guided tour through early Anasazi sites. This is a day-use park with water, restrooms, picnic tables and barbecue grills.
Activities: The park museum displays artifacts recovered from the site. Exhibits show various aspects of Anasazi culture, including where the early Americans came from, how they lived and where they moved on to. There are also exhibits of early stone tools and pottery found at the site. Park staff offer lectures upon request about life in the area between A.D. 1050 to 1200. The village itself is largely unexcavated, but some areas have been uncovered and identified with interpretive signs.
Nearby attractions: The park is along the Clem Church Memorial Highway, which is a 122-mile section on Scenic Highway 12 from Boulder to Grover and is near the Burr Trail Road, which is a dirt road leading through Capitol Reef National Park and then jaunts north to Water Pocket Fold. The park is 78 miles from Bryce National Park, 66 miles from Kodachrome Basin State Park, 30 miles from Escalante State Park, 12 miles from Calf Creek Falls Recreation Area and about 23 miles to the road to Devil's Garden, which leads to Hole in the Rock and the edge of Lake Powell.
