PORTAGE, Wis. (AP) — Professional wrestler X-Pac and a spurned autograph-seeker who accused him of assault were all smiles after a jury decided neither one deserved compensation.

"Each was so relieved the other did not get a judgment against them. It was hysterical," said Alan Eisenberg, who represented the fan in Friday's trial.

X-Pac, a World Wrestling Federation wrestler whose real name is Sean Waltman, claimed Elias Urbina harassed him as he and his family were getting off a ride at a water park. After some pushing, Urbina kicked Waltman when Waltman's back was turned and then Waltman punched Urbina in the face, court records said.

The jury ruled Waltman, 28, acted in self-defense and Urbina did not act maliciously in the attack. Neither man received monetary damages.
