The state Department of Health has lifted restrictions on flu vaccinations, which had been in place for three months because of delays caused by manufacturing problems.

The restrictions were issued from September through November to assure that the vaccine went first to people who needed it most.

"There is now enough vaccine arriving that the recommended restrictions can be lifted and community and employer flu vaccines can proceed for all who are interested," the department said in a news release.
