WEST VALLEY CITY — Police arrested three men early Monday in connection with a drive-by shooting.

About 11:50 p.m. Sunday, someone fired several shots from a car into a home at 4534 S. Stonewood Drive (3050 West), Lt. Charles Illsley of West Valley Police said.

Two bullets went through the front window and into the living room wall. No one inside the home was injured, Illsley said.

One of the home's occupants was able to identify some of people in the car as it drove away.

Swat team members from West Valley and West Jordan police arrested two men at a Taylorsville residence a few hours later and a third at a West Jordan residence.

All three were booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on charges of attempted homicide, police said.

Illsley said all of the suspects have gang affiliation. The investigation is continuing.
