We are saying goodbye to the physical

focus of our relationship with this wonderful man and greeting the relationship with his soul that now begins.

Wayne was 74 when he unexpect-edly left us in body. He will be joining Nellie, his beautiful wife of 45 years, who left us just over 3 years ago. We pray that this transition is sweet and peaceful.

Wayne seized the steering wheel of life with both hands, full speed ahead. From his days in the Navy aboard the U.S.S. Cushing, to his Caribbean excursions aboard the U.S.S. Carnival, he was energetic, thoughtful and just a tad rambunctious. He has been a dear husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be sorely missed. We will keep precious memories of him in our heads and undying love for him in our hearts.

Survived by his children, David, Elliott and Annette Worlton; grandchildren: Lauren Nell, Teague, Gwendolyn and Chloe; step-mother Blanche Worlton and sister Lajuana Sellick.

Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2000, 2 p.m. at Memorial Estates Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road. Friends may call one hour prior to service from 1-2 p.m.

"Now the time has come to go, I to die and you to live, which of us goes to the better thing, no one knows but God." --Socrates
