LOS ANGELES (AP) — Four high school students are accused of gang raping and sodomizing a classmate after she passed out while drinking during a party last week.
Police said the 16-year-old girl was hospitalized for severe alcohol intoxication, and a subsequent medical examination showed she had been sexually assaulted. She woke up in a San Fernando Valley hospital covered with bite marks, cuts and bruises and said she couldn't remember what had happened, officials said.
The girl was one of about 15 people who skipped school Friday and went to the home of a fellow student whose parents were out of town, police said.
