Pauline Bode Love age 77, passed away December 5, 2000 of natural causes in her Murray home.
She was born Oct. 24, 1923 in Salt Lake City to Paul and Rosario (Charine) Bode. She graduated from East High in 1938 and attended the U of U. She married Claude E. Love, Jr. in 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They shared their hearts, laughter and lives together for 37 years until his death at age 55. In 1984 she married James Howard Love, Claude's younger brother. They enjoyed 13 sweet years together until his death in 1997. Pauline was very successful in both business and in life and was admired and loved by many. She was the co-owner of Doctors Business Management Service for over 30 years and was listed in Who's Who of Women in America. Pauline was a devoted and creative teacher in her church callings. She was also very talented at painting, poetry and rhymes and gave many of these as gifts to friends. She will be remembered for her beauty, intelligence, honesty, kindness, charity and elegance. She enjoyed needlework, reading, theater, painting, music and was ever and always the cheerleader for her family. We will miss her dimples, love and example.
Survived by mother-in-law, or rather mother "in-love" as she called her, Rachel Taysum Love Braegger. Daughters - Cherry Rae Love, Claudia (Bruce) Bluemel, and Lisa (David) LoveJolley. Special nieces - Debbie (Sterling) Pemberton, Tammy (Kurt) Merrill, Christy (Rick) Luyster. Grandchildren - Natalie and Tiffanie Garcia, Troy Angell, Shane Lee, Dianna Jolley, Zachary, Heather, and Colten LoveJolley. And five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and a grandson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 9, 2000 in the Murray 23rd Ward Chapel at 755 E. Three Fountains Dr., (4950 So.) at 11 a.m. Friends may call at the Memorial Estates Mortuary 5850 So. 900 E. from 6-8 on Fri., and at the Ward on Sat. from 10-11 a.m. Interment Mountain View Memorial Estates Mortuary.
