THERAPY?; "Suicide Pact — You First" (Ark 21)***

Therapy? — for you who don't know, the band's name includes that question mark — is back with another album that will be released domestically on Tuesday, Feb. 8.

And according to the band, "Suicide Pact — You First" is a good one.

Agreed.

The Irish modern metal band has found a niche. A good, solid one.

Humor, irony and a load of angst are packed together in such titles as "He's Not That Kind of Girl," "Jam Jar Jail," "Little Tongues First" and "Ten Year Plan."

Martin McCarrick's cellos and Michael McKeegan's bass moodily blend with guitarist/vocalist Andy Cairns rants and drummer Graham Hopkins' superhyper rhythms.

One of the more gothic narratives is "God Kicks," which was recorded in, of all places, the woods — a la "Blair Witch."
