KOOSHAREM, UT-- Gilbert Lamoyn Hatch, age 92, passed away March 12, 2000 at his son's home in Highland, UT.
He was born November 17, 1907 in Koosharem, a son of Willard E. and Dagney Olson Hatch, both deceased. He married Ileen Vernice Schaugaard, December 31, 1931. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, June 1, 1939.He is survived by his wife of 68 wonderful years; his son, Aurell and Kathleen Hatch of Highland; daughter-in-law, Gail Hatch of Kaysville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grand-children; sister, Geneva Langford of Richfield; brother, Blaine and Vespa Hatch of Koosharem. He was preceded in death by a son, Orville C. Hatch; one brother, Arden Hatch; three sisters, Naomi Fullmer, Delna Cazier and Elmina Helquist.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 17, 2000 at 12 noon in the Koosharem LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and at the Ward Chapel in Koosharem, Friday from 10 to 11:30 prior to the services.
Burial will be in the Koosharem Cemetery.
