Don't discount birth control

Reading comments made by John Norton, "Abstinence best method," and Tom Judd, "Teach truth," that abstinence is the only way to prevent pregnancy and it is the only idea that should be taught in schools made me furious.

Why do we have so many teenagers becoming parents before they even graduate from high school? Because talking about having safe sex is promoting it. I am a 21-year-old college student who might have become pregnant if someone hadn't talked to me about getting on birth control. Get a grip, people. Someone should pop the little bubble you're living in.
