Pickle producer Steinfield's Products, based in Portland, Ore., will celebrate National Pickle Week May 12-21 by inviting all you proud parents to forward photos of your babies eating pickles.

The prizewinning pucker wins a $500 savings bond.

Postmark must be no later than April 25. Photos may be color or B & W and may be any size. No entry form is required, but each photo should be attached to an 8 1/2 X 11-inch sheet of paper than includes parents' names, child's name, address and phone number. Photos become property of the pickle people and may be used for promotional pickle purposes.


SUNDANCE SIZZLES

April 14th and 15th mark the second of four installments of Sundance's popular "Great Regional Chefs Series 2000."

Appearing alongside the Tree Room's Jason Knibb will be Jennifer Naylor, chef at Granita, Wolfgang Puck's highly praised restaurant in Malibu, Calif.

Interested in participating? Chefs Knibb and Naylor will co-create dinner in the Tree Room on April 14th from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. A cooking demonstration in the Foundry Grill will follow on April 15 at 1 p.m.

DONATE DECADENT DESSERTS

West Valley City's Chocolate Affair is just around the corner — April 12 — and they need your support for this fund-raiser for domestic violence victims.

Amateurs, professionals, parent/child teams — anybody — is invited to donate their favorite chocolate desserts for tasting and judging.

If you've never had much luck with baking bread, Rhodes is here to tell you that it's so easy, you can even bake swans with their dough!

Start with 5 Rhodes Texas rolls (thawed!), and after some maneuvering, you can do it!

If your creation doesn't look like a swan, just pretend you were making a lump of dough to begin with!
