Blenda White Hamilton, age 92, passed away on April 9, 2000 in Provo, Utah.
She was born in Porterville, Utah on August 15, 1907 to Charles White and Emeline Rich. She married Everett Mark Hamilton on June 6, 1934 in the Cardston, Alberta Canada Temple. He preceded her in death on August 18, 1988.Blenda taught in elementary schools for 22 years. She served two missions, one to Texas and later with her husband to the Los Angeles Temple Visitor Center.
She loved genealogy, serving, quilting and other handiwork. She was famous for her hand dipped chocolates at Christmas. She loved sports, especially the 49'ers and BYU football.
Blenda loved serving in the LDS Church especially in the Provo Temple and doing name extraction for the church.

She is survived by one son and one daughter, Dr. C. Mark (Kay) Hamilton of Provo and Jannet H. (Robert) Ward of Orem; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers and three sisters, Lorin White, Vern White, Adria Clary, Thora Reynolds, and Donna McCormick.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2000 at 12:30 p.m. at the Edgewood Chapel, 3500 North 180 East, Provo. Friends may call one hour prior to the services on Wednesday. Interment will be in Orem City Cemetery.
