Heber City - Vivian Lamb Sabey, age 84, passed away at her home in Heber City, Utah, Tuesday, April 11, 2000, surrounded by her loving familyShe was born June 30, 1915 to Suel and Wilmirth Davis Lamb in Wallsburg, Utah. Married Ellis Berdell Sabey December 15, 1933 in Wallsburg, Utah. Later solemnized in the Timpanogos LDS Temple April 15, 1997. Vivian enjoyed working in her yard, and was very fussy about it. She was also famous for her homemade noodles. But most of all, she was always a loving mother, and grandmother, placing her families needs above her own.

She was preceded in death by her husband; both parents; one grandson; one great-grandson; one sister, and three brothers.

Vivian is survived by son, Rex B. (Peg) Sabey of Charleston, Utah; two daughters, Connie (Neal) Sproule of Heber City, Utah; Colleen (Ned) Jones of Ogden, Utah; foster-daughter, Mae (Sal) Seamon of Pocatello, Idaho; 15 grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 14, 2000 - 1 p.m. at the Heber LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, 200 West 150 North, Heber City, Utah. Friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin - Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 North Main Street, Heber City, and on Friday from 11:45 - 12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the LDS Chapel. Interment will be in the Heber City Cemetery, Heber City, Utah.
