RIVERTON-- Harold Lawrence Rindlisbacher, 81, our beloved and cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, departed mortality on April. 10, 2000 of congestive heart failure.

He was born March 15, 1919 in West Jordan, Utah to Lawrence Lee and Verda Naylor Rindlisbacher. Dad served his country during World War II.He was sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Sept. 6, 1939 to his eternal com-panion, Audrey Atwood. A graduate of Jordan High School, and attended University of Utah, Northwestern University and the University of Southern Calif. Dad was an accomplished musician, a master of his art. As an educator, he taught and inspired thousands. His career spanned over 38 years teaching music to all levels of students.

Dad formed a family dance band. They played for many dances, weddings and other functions. He also believed sacred music to be an inspiring sermon to touch and change lives. He shared his talents in countless church meetings and funerals. He devoted his life to teaching and helping others.

His greatest joy was to spend time with his family. He had a firm testimony of our Savior and served faithfully in many church callings.

Dad, the joyful fruits of your labors will last forever and will stand as a testimony of your great life.

Survived by his wife, Audrey; eight children and spouses, Hal (Mary), Riverton; Dale (Vicki), Judy (Roger) Sorenson, both of So. Jordan; Jay (Jane), Riverton; Jill (Kim) Beckstead, Lehi; Jan (Dan) Crane, So. Jordan; Chad (Carol), Malad, ID; Kim (Carol), Bluffdale; 55 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Burdette (Beverly); sisters, Dona Beth (Don) Lennberg and Darlyne Butterfield. Preceded in death by parents; brother-in-law, Sheldon Butterfield and grandson, Scott R. Sorenson.
