Hyrum Dale Anderson, beloved husband, father and friend died April 14, 2000.
Born Feb. 18, 1908 in Lehi, Utah to Hyrum Albert and Mary Magdaline Whipple Anderson. Married Agnes Phillips March 20, 1934 in the Salt Lake Temple.After graduation from Lehi High School he attended Brigham Young Academy. Served an LDS mission in Denmark. Worked 40 years for Thompson Flying Ser-vice. Active member of the LDS Church and served in many positions. He was a Temple worker for many years. He and Agnes filled a mission in the Independence, Missouri Visitor's Center.
Survived by wife and three children, Phillip (Gail) Anderson, Orem; Lorraine (Lee) Openshaw, Sandy and Rosalie (Bob) Larkin, Salt Lake; 11 grandchildren; 32 great-grand-children; and a sister, Beth Eason. Preceded in death by a son, Neil and two sisters, Phyllis and Faye.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 18, 2000 at 12 noon at the Riverside Stake Center, 1100 West 500 North. Friends may call Monday evening 6-8 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, and at the stake center 10:30-11:45 prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
