Amy Martha Gough Clark passed away on April 13, 2000, at the age of 75 in the comfort of her home.

Born in Salt Lake City on Sept. 5, 1924, to James Gough and Mary Crookston Gough; she was the second of six chil-dren. She attended South High School and graduated from East High. She retired as an Administrative Assistant for the Public Safety Depart-ment at the University of Utah in 1988.Some of her LDS Church activities included Relief Society, Cub Scout Den Mother, MIA teacher and drama director in her California ward.

Amy loved the arts, loved her family and especially loved her grandchildren. She served on the Utah Opera Guild Board and enjoyed season tickets to the opera, but her most cherished event was the spring production of the Children's Ballet Theatre, owned and operated by Stacey Orlob-Richins, her granddaughter, and Julie Orlob, her daughter-in-law.

Amy loved her friends and sisters. She traveled frequently with them and played a passionate weekly game of bridge in their

And Amy loved to be an imp. Her charming and vivacious personality and her acerbic wit brought endearment and laughs from all who touched her sparkling spirit.

She is survived by her three sons, David, Alan, and Marc Orlob; by her sisters, Mary Tadje and Evelyn Anderson; and her brother, Lawrence Gough; by her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and by her many dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 17 at 2 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, with a viewing from 12:45-1:45 p.m.
