PHILADELPHIA -- Bobby Abreu drove a ninth-inning single over right fielder Vladimir Guerrero to score the winning run Sunday as the Philadelphia Phillies rallied past the Montreal Expos 5-4.

In the last game before the end of John Rocker's 14-day suspension, Mike Remlinger replaced Mulholland to start the ninth and picked up his third save.
PADRES 13, ASTROS 3: At San Diego, Al Martin set a team record with five runs scored, going 4-for-5 with a two-run homer as San Diego got a season-high 18 hits.
REDS 5, DODGERS 3: At Los Angeles, Michael Tucker and Ed Taubensee homered and Steve Parris (1-2) bounced back from two sub-par efforts by allowing one run and three hits in six innings. Danny Graves got the last four outs for his second save.
MARLINS 6, CUBS 5: At Chicago, Cliff Floyd hit a 10th-inning home run off Ruben Quevado (0-1) that barely curved around the right-field foul pole, capping Florida's comeback from a 5-0 deficit.
First basemen Mark Grace and manager Don Baylor claimed the ball was foul. But first base umpire Mark Hirschbeck ruled it fair, and replays showed he was correct.
CARDINALS 9, ROCKIES 3: At Denver, J.D. Drew had a three-run double and Pat Hentgen (3-0) gave up three runs and seven hits in 52/3 innings in the opener of a day-night doubleheader. Placido Polanco and Thomas Howard added solo homers for the Cardinals.
Rolando Arrojo (1-1) was tagged for eight runs and six hits in four innings.
METS 12, PIRATES 9: At Pittsburgh, Robin Ventura homered and drove in six runs and New York withstood first-inning injuries to pitcher Bobby J. Jones and left fielder Rickey Henderson. The Mets had 15 hits, including nine for extra bases.
Mike Piazza went 3-for-4 with two doubles to finish the three-game series 8-for-10 with two homers and three doubles.
