Donna. H. Bleazard, 67,of Polson, Montana, our loving wife, daughter and mother, returned home to our Heavenly Father April 18, 2000 at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana from natural causes.

She was born February 16, 1933, oldest daughter of Eric E. and Beth Enniss Hubner. Donna atten-ded Granite High and Seminary graduating in 1951. She married Grant Bleazard February 17, 1951, making their first home in Utah; later moving to Polson, Montana in 1984. Grant and Donna were approaching their 50th Wedding Anniversary. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, her family was her life, ensuring each of their importance.Donna was a member of the LDS Church, serving in the Primary for over 17 years; president for nine of those years; served as a counselor, president and visiting teacher supervisor for Relief Society; assisted on the Executive Board for "Pennies by the Inch," for the Primary Children Hospital; and spent numerous years in Cub Scouts. She received Cub Master of the Year 1992 in the Silvertip District.

She is survived by her husband, Grant Wayne Bleazard of Polson, MT; children, Randy Wayne (Nadene) Bleazard, West Jordan; Vickie Lee (Mark) Freeman, Pleasant Grove; Michael Brent (Marlous) Bleazard, Holden; Guy Dale Bleazard, Salt Lake City; her mother, Beth Enniss Hubner, West Valley City; sister, Faye L. (Kenneth) Hughes, South Jordan; a brother, William O. (Nancy) Hubner, West Valley; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and an infant daughter.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Grogan Funeral Home, in Polson, Mt. Services will be held Saturday, April 22, at 11 a.m. at the LDS Church in Polson. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery, under the direction of Grogan Funeral Home.
