Norman C. Proctor, age 33, passed away April 22, 2000 in Sandy, Utah.
Born June 10, 1966 in Salt Lake City, UT to Norman Proctor and Marlene Hess Proctor. A member of the LDS Church; he received his temple endowments in the Jordan River Temple. He graduated from Cottonwood High School and earned his Eagle Scout.Our Norman was a very compassionate, caring young man who proved to us the need for prayer, love, understanding, patience and tolerance.
Survivors are his mother, sisters: Deborah Jo (Michael) Campbell and Connie Simpson; nieces: Micheal, Lindsay; nephews: Parker and Daniel; grandmother: Josephine Hess and aunts, uncles and cousins; and special pals: Licorice and Lucky. Preceded in death by his father, grandfather: Henry R. Hess; grandmother: Edna Jensen; brother: Alan Proctor and niece: Angela Brown.
Our special thanks to Dr. Larry V. Staker, Jim Nelson and family, Rick and Stacey McKnight and the many aides and nurses at University Home Care who extended such loving care to Norm.
Services will be Tuesday, April 25 at 10 a.m. in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 So. Highland Drive; where friends may call Mon. from 6-8 p.m. and Tues. from 8:45-9:45 a.m., prior to services. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, Olympus Section.
