Inspecting work of cyclone Tessi

Municipal workers inspect the damage Tuesday caused in the wake of tropical cyclone Tessi in Townsville, Australia. Tessi brought down trees and power lines with wind gusts of up to 81 mph and rain, which precipitated a mudslide in the city.
