Utah's roads are a mess. And as the temperatures rise, so does the number of high school students who are out and about on the state's byways.On today's Pulse page, the Deseret News team of teen writers addresses issues surrounding teenage drivers.
They offer their opinions about local police targeting young drivers, reckless behavior and the few hours required for youths to get a license.
