A man was listed in fair condition at a local hospital Wednesday morning after he was shot in a drive-by shooting on Redwood Road.
Jesus Uribe, 19, was shot once in the chest by a group of four individuals as he walked southbound on Redwood Road Sunday at 8:20 a.m.Police said the gunman shot from a red passenger car as Uribe was walking at approximately 650 N. Redwood Road (1700 West). The victim fell down and the car sped away northbound on Redwood Road, police said.
"The witness saw him get up and stagger around and thought he was drunk until he lifted up his shirt and saw he was bleeding," said Salt Lake Police Lt. Cory Lyman.

Police described one of the suspects as having braided hair but have no other leads at this time.
