SHARE Obituary: Susan Adele Allred Reesor

Our dear, sweet daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt "Suna", grandmother-to-be, and friend, Susan Adele Allred Reesor, returned home to her Heavenly parents June 29, 2000.

Our sorrow at her passing is far over-shadowed by the joy of her going home. She blessed the lives of all who had the good fortune to meet her. Her precious glowing counten-ance and the sound of her musical "hellos" blessed the lives of her family and friends. For the past five and a half years since her near-fatal car accident; her life has been a gift to us all. Her example of love for her family and others, and her willingness to cheerfully pick herself up and carry on, in spite of all her physical trials, inspired everyone who knew and loved her. She excelled as a mother and taught her children that "people are more important than things." She loved the youth, and took joy in serving and teaching them. Her heart and home were always open to them. She waged a courageous battle with colon cancer and survived far past her doctors' expectations. She was a valiant, humble follower of her Lord and Savior. The world is a far better place because of her contribution. All who knew her will lovingly cherish her memory.

Susan was born Dec. 29, 1955 to Don and Helen Allred. She graduated from Kearns High School in 1973. She and Craig C. Reesor were married and sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple June 13, 1975 and were able to celebrate their 25th anniversary in Niagara Falls this year.

She is survived by her parents, Don and Helen; sister, Julie (Brian) Thull; brother, Jon (Manette) Allred; her loving husband, Craig Reesor; her children, Quinn, Nell (Alfred) Quinn, Colin, and Keenan; many nephews, nieces, and cousins; and her unborn grandchild, due the first week of August.

Until that great and glorious day when we "shall pass by the angels, and the gods, which are set there, to our exaltation and glory." (D&C 132:19).

Love you forever - - the Luckiest.
