July 11 — Temple Square Concert Series — Concerts in the Park: The Bridgerland Brass will play selections ranging from Dixieland to ragtime, and from jazz to serious brass literature, beginning at 8 p.m. in the Brigham Young Historic Park, at the southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue, Salt Lake City. Free admission.
July 12 — Temple Square Concert Series: The Steve Evans Family Singers will present "One Hundred Years of Broadway." The concert will be held in the Assembly Hall at 7:30 p.m. Free admission.
Through July 14 — The Mormon Tabernacle Choir has several openings for men with exceptional vocal and musical skills. Men 25 to 55 years of age, who are active members of the Church, living in the Wasatch Front area, and who have the required skills, should contact the Tabernacle Choir office at (801) 240-4150 by July 14.
Through Nov. 12 — Museum of Church History and Art: "The Beehive Image: Symbol of Industry and Cooperation." This exhibit consists of objects that feature the beehive. Museum Hours: Mondays through Fridays, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Free admission.
