Our beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Fred Dawson Siddoway, age 85, his constant smile was quieted Friday when suddenly and peacefully he went home to sweetheart, family and friends July 14, 2000.
Born October 14, 1914, to Emma Matilda Cassey and Robert Dawson Sid-doway in Rockport, UT. Married Annetta Hyde in the Logan LDS Temple, Oct. 14, 1936.
Awarded National Salesman of the Year during his long and loved career as salesman for Southeast Furniture Company. Active in the LDS Church. His love of the temple was an eight hour a day, six days a week activity. Fred spent his life in the service of others, his boundless energy, unselfish, loving, Christ-like spirit will be missed by many.
Preceded in death by his wife, Anetta; daughter, Peggy; granddaughter, Jo El; parents; and eight siblings.
Survived by children, Richard (Cassie) SIDDoway, Floyd (Marjean) Siddoway, Hydee (Donald) Willis, Sally Siddoway-Headdon; 26 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; and brother, Glen (Leila) Siddoway.
Service will be 12 noon Fri. July 21, in the Valley View LDS 8th Ward chapel, 4032 S. 2300 E. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thurs. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Dr., and 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to the service.
