OGDEN — Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank Monday morning disguised as either Ronald Reagan or Richard Nixon.
South Ogden Police detective Larry Lucas said the man wore a rubber mask made in the likeness of a former president when he walked into the First Security Bank on Washington Boulevard.
