HEBER CITY, UT - Our hero, loving husband, father, and grandpa, David W. Keller, age 57 died Tuesday, July 18, 2000 result of an industrial accident in Umatilla, Oregon.

Born May 25, 1943 in Wallace, Idaho the son of John W. and Mabel Grace Armstrong Keller. During Dave's career he worked for Bunker Hill Mining; Potlatch Forest Inc. in Idaho; Ford, Bacon & Davis; CEntry Engineering; and nuclear power plants.

At the time of his death he was working with Power Engineering.

Dave was know as the neighborhood Lamborghini driver. He gave selfless services to all of his friends and neighbors. He was the Idaho State Commissioner of Babe Ruth Baseball, and he was a certified umpire for

High School and College baseball. He enjoyed many activities including sports, especially golf and fishing. His focus always remained strongly centered on being active in the lives of his family.

Dave is preceded in death by both parents; and father-in-law, Joe Distefano.

Survivors include his loving wife Charlotte of Heber City; three children, Christopher David (Robyn) of Bellingham, WA; Timothy William of Palm Coast, FL; Nicole Marie Keller (Joe Kirstine) of Heber City; five grandchildren, Quienton; Quiencie; Olivia; Nicholas; and Liam; three brothers, Mike (Joni) Keller of ID; Don (Martha) Keller of NM; and Tom (Diane) Keller of South Jordan, UT. Also, survived by mother-in-law, Idonna Distefano; three brother-in-laws, Kevin (Gayle) Distefano; Tony (LaRae) Distefano; and Shawn (Tina) Distefano and their families.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Olpin - Hoopes Funeral Home, 288 North Main Street, Heber City, UT.

Friends may call on Friday, July 21 from 6- 8 p.m., and on Saturday from 10:00 til time of services, both at the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Heber City Cemetery.
