Together Again

Our loving dad and grandpa passed away August 9, 2000 peacefully in Layton of natural causes.

Born April 20, 1915 in Clawson, Emery County, UT to James and Alodia Farrimond. Married Norma Oldham July 21, 1939 in No. Salt Lake, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active in the LDS Church he served faithfully in many callings and loved home teaching. He was happiest doing kind deeds for others. He was an avid mechanic and worked to build Hill Air Force Base. He was a World War II Veteran.

Survived by daughters, Jean (Ed) Clay and Janet (Niel) Cowles; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; sister, Uvada Brown. Preceded in death by wife, parents, brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2000, 11 a.m. at the Cannon Stake Center, 934 Fremont Ave (1120 So.), SLC. Friends may call Friday evening at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the ward one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
