The power lines near 400 South in Salt Lake City are crowded with birds taking advantage of the warm summer sun. Work on the west-east light-rail extension has begun at the intersection of 400 South and 400 East. The project should be finished in time for the Olympic Games, but the official completion date is November 2002.
