MEXICO CITY — Peyton Manning threw two perfect touchdown passes, including a 77-yarder to Marvin Harrison, and Edgerrin James had a 2-yard touchdown run, all within the first 7:26 of Indianapolis' 24-23 victory over Pittsburgh.

Indianapolis (2-2) managed to win over an incredibly pro-Steelers crowd of 87,145 in Azteca Stadium, turning pregame boos into cheers while scoring on three straight drives in the opening minutes.

Pittsburgh (3-1) third-string quarterback Tee Martin capped a long scoring drive with a diving 1-yard run with 10 seconds left. Running back Pepe Pearson was stopped on the 2-point conversion.

Starting quarterback Kordell Stewart was 8-of-18 for 82 yards with an interception in the end zone and a sack.

BILLS 31, RAMS 27: At St. Louis, Kurt Warner ignored his sore right shoulder and threw two first-half touchdown passes as St. Louis (1-2) lost to Buffalo (2-1).

JAGUARS 26, CHIEFS 22: At Kansas City, Mike Hollis kicked four field goals and rookie Shyrone Stith broke a 78-yard touchdown run with 3:50 left as Jacksonville (3-0) edged Kansas City (0-3).

REDSKINS 24, BROWNS 0: At Cleveland, Skip Hicks scored two easy touchdowns and Washington's starters pushed Cleveland's first team all over the field.

BENGALS 24, BEARS 20: At Cincinnati, Peter Warrick scored on a reverse and Akili Smith pounded his chest after his two touchdown passes rallied Cincinnati over Chicago (2-1) in the first game at Paul Brown Stadium.

BRONCOS 36, COWBOYS 23: At Denver, Brian Griese threw two touchdown passes barely two minutes apart in the second quarter as Denver prevailed.

SEAHAWKS 25, 49ERS 21 : At Seattle, Brock Huard's late 7-yard touchdown pass to James Williams proved to be the game-winning score.
