HELPER- Patsy Jackson Breznick, 66, died Aug. 20, 2000 after a long and courageous struggle with cancer.

She was born Nov. 27, 1933 in Kenilworth, Utah to Helen Shumway and Elias O. (Bill) Jackson. Married Albert (Al) Breznick, June 17, 1961 in Helper, Utah. Together they had two sons, John and David. Patsy attend-ed the College of Saint-Mary-of-the-Wasatch, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing in 1956. She completed three years of instruction at the Holy Cross Hospital of Nursing, Her main priority in life was her family. Her entire life was spent caring for her husband and sons, who were the love of her life. Her death creates a void that can never be filled.

Survived by her husband, Albert Breznick, Helper; sons, John Breznick, Charlottesville, VA; David Breznick, Escondido, CA; sister, Beverly Campbell, Seattle, WA. Preceded in death by her parents.

The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the wonderful persons in the Hospice programs who did everything in their power to make her life more bearable.

Memorial Mass, Saturday, Aug. 26, 2000, 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Helper. Vigil service Friday 7 p.m. at the church in Helper. Family will be at the church Friday and Saturday, one half hour prior to services. Committal,
