Lisa Frary, the plant manager of Autoliv's Airbag Module Facility in Ogden, has been named to the list of 100 leading women in the North American auto industry compiled by "Automotive News." She will be featured in the September issue.
Women on this list are recognized for leadership skills, innovative management practices, team building skills, continuous improvement and a result-oriented operating style.
Frary was appointed to the position in 1997 and has been with Autoliv for eight years. This plant, one of the company's largest, assembles airbags for the auto industry. Its sales were close to $940 million in 1999.
